 3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans  

Users can choose from various subscription plans as detailed on our website. Each plan provides specific features and benefits as outlined in our service descriptions.  

3.2 Billing Cycle

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the billing cycle chosen at sign-up. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.  

4. Refund Policy  

4.1 No Refunds  

Aibookwriter.tech has a strict no-refund policy. Payments for our services are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

4.2 Cancellation of Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There will be no refunds issued for partial billing periods or unused services.

4.3 Refund Requests

In the event of a dispute or if the customer believes a refund is warranted due to specific issues, they may submit a written request for a refund to support@manuscripts.ai. The request will be reviewed, and if deemed appropriate, it may take up to 15 to 30 days to settle the refund.

5. User Obligations  

Users agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with [Your SaaS Product Name] are owned by or licensed to eleven technologies. Users are not granted any rights to use these materials except as provided in these terms.
